In overall, most classes do not have a clear reason to have been refunded.
Most of refund cases come from:
Classmates who bought the class while it was in Early Bird stage thinking that they could start right away to watch the class
Classmates who due to their own life schedule being suddenly too busy, they decide not to take the class.
