Invoices are sent to a Creator on the 15th of each month Korean time.
We kindly request our creators to sign their invoices by the 20th of each month Korean time, to quickly process the payouts.
Unless you have got no class sold in the previous month, you should be receiving an invoice. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder and make sure you are checking the email you have provided to receive your invoices.
If you have launched your class recently, you will receive your first payout the month after your launch
If you have a question regarding your payout or invoice, please message Ais.
If you would like to change your bank information, please let Ais know before you use the new information to sign the invoice.
