If your Sales Dashboard appears blank, please contact Support with the following information:

  1. Email used to access the Creator Center

  2. Log in method used to access the Creator Center

  3. A screenshot of your Dashboard

  4. Device used to access your Sales Dashboard

The Creator Support manager will check your Sales Dashboard, and he/she will get back to you to let you know how things will proceed.
