The shipping policy shared with customers who buy classes at CLASS101

  • Shipping Restricted country → We deliver to over 200 countries, but our delivery service is restricted in following countries: Crimea Area of the Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Republic of South Sudan, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Brazil, India, China ****and all countries in the European Union.

****Please note that the restricted areas could be changed in the future.


  • How long will it take?

    The kit will be shipped out within 24 hours after the buyer's order got confirmed, and there will be a cancellation fee or change from this point on. It takes around 2 weeks for it to be delivered once it's shipped.

    Each kit has a different delivery courier, so you cannot request a specific courier or delivery date.

    →Should there be any issues regarding the inventory, an announcement will be made directly to the buyers.

  • What if my kit was delivered to the wrong address?

    You can contact CLASS101 Help Center to request a “Change of address”.

    Note: There will be an additional shipping charge for this process.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    You can change your shipping address by contacting CLASS101 Support Team at support@101.inc.

    Note: Changes are ONLY possible for orders that haven’t entered the shipping process.

    ***Please triple-check your shipping address!!***

    If your order is already shipped out, you CANNOT change your shipping address at the moment. You must wait until the package arrives at the prior place, and contact CLASS101 Support Team to request a return and change of address.

    **Additional shipping fee will be charged for the second shipping.**

  • What can I do for a damaged kit?

    We are keeping our products at the best quality possible, but if you received a damaged kit, you can contact the Help center for replacement or refund within a month from the date of your receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.


  • Which delivery company

    →For kits shipped directly from our CLASS101 units,

    1. United States of America, Australia, countries in Europe (excluding European Union nations), DHL will be used.

    2. South East Asian countries, Hong Kong, Japan, Pantos Logistics (PX) will be used.

    →For kits shipped from our supplier units,

    1. All countries, UPS will be used.


  • Tracking number

    →Once we have confirmed your order, in accordance with the work hours of the shipping company used, the kits will be shipped. Once the tracking number is confirmed, it will be updated on your order page, which will then change your status from 'Unfulfilled' to 'Fulfilled.' At this stage, you will also be receiving an email with the tracking number and website to follow.
