You can just put today's date for the production start date.
Q) My IBIN number includes some letters, but the form doesn't recognize them.
IBIN number usually starts with the country code. You can put the numbers only without the code.
Q) What do I enter into the Class Production Information section?
You can put "Plus plan."
IMPORTANT: In case of Bank account changes, you must let your account manager or support team know after submitting the form to request your bank information changes according to the form.
