The following user guide provides an overview of the Course Analytics Dashboard, which enables the creator to track the classmate activity in the creator’s class.
1. How to access the Course Analytics Dashboard
Log in to [Creator Center]
Click on the [CLASS101+ Course Analytics Dashboard] > [Performance Analysis] menu tab on the left.
The creator may also access the [CLASS101+ Course Analytics Dashboard] via mobile.
2. Subject of Performance Analysis
You can analyze the usage status of the published content on CLASS101+ by classmates who paid for subscriptions.
The subjects of analysis are the classmates who paid for the subscription service and their usage activity in the published contents of CLASS101+.
3. Terminology
Total Time Watched: the duration of the playing time of your class.
Total Classmates: the total number of classmates who played your class
Class Views: the total number of times classmates have clicked on your class.
Curriculum: the curriculum of the class shown to classmates.
Video Length: the length of lectures
4. How to Use the Filters
Class Filter : Select the class you wish to analyze
Period filter: Select the period that you wish to analyze
Past 7 days: As of today, you can check the progress of the past seven days.
Past 30 days: As of today, you can check the progress of the past 30 days.
Weekly: weekly analysis comparisons based on Monday at the start of each week.
Monthly: monthly analysis comparisons based on the first day of each month.
Change Date: Make selections according to the calendar.
5. How to Use the Graph
All indicators are affected by the period filter. Please check the accumulated indicators for the selected period of time.
Click on the graph for more information.
Graphs may provide variation rates. A variation rate refers to the changes compared to the previous period of the same category as the selected period.
Tips on How to Use the Dashboard
Attractive class lectures captivate your audience. To increase class views, try changing the class introduction, title, or thumbnail of the video. Make sure to actively promote your class to your followers.
When the views increase but not the played time, find a way to maintain classmates focused. You may include additional clips in the Welcome chapter, rearrange the curriculum sequence, or edit the introduction video.
When the total number of classmates is larger than the views, a classmate has clicked on various videos. Encourage students to watch class videos continuously. Utilize missions, assignments, class notes, and quotes to encourage classmates to move on to the following lecture.
Compare the total time spent watching by classmates to the total length of the lecture. You will be able to see where classmates focused more, and where they stopped watching. Notice the differences between the most watched and less watched parts of a lecture.
CLASS101+ content is available in Korean, English, and Japanese. If you modify the introduction and content of your class, translation issues occur. In case you need to modify the content, please contact the person in charge by contacting globalcreatorsupport@101.inc.

What is the relationship between Classmate Activity and Payout?
The dashboard provides the real-time status of your class. The payout depends on the actual play time of your class by a classmate. The payment increases as more classmates take your class for a longer period. The payout may also vary every month depending on the ratio of playtime of different classes taken by a classmate.
The number of classmates differs per day/week!
The total sum of the daily classmates may differ from the total sum of the weekly classmates. If a certain classmate takes the class repeatedly in the same week, they will be counted as one person in the weekly count.
