Starting on 24th November 2022, some of the classes will be available with auto-translated subtitles in Korean, English, and Japanese. Currently, the auto-translation function is available in only some of the classes. However, more classes will gradually be available with auto-translated classes over time.

As the auto-translation is conducted by the AI algorithm, the quality of the translation may vary. In response to this, CLASS101 will monitor and improve the quality of the auto-translated subtitles.
🟨 Among the CLASS101+ contents, which parts will the auto-translation take place?
1. The contents that will be auto-translated are as follows:
• Class details page (PDP: Product Detail Page)
• Class name, chapter title, lesson name
• Korean, English, and Japanese class subtitles for classes
• Class notes included in the class materials
2. The contents that will NOT be auto-translated are as follows:

1. Click on the [CC] button on the bottom right corner of the class player.
2. Among the provided subtitles, select your language of choice.
🟨 If I want to send feedback on the auto-translated contents, what can I do?
If you wish to leave feedback on problems that you came across while watching classes with the auto-translated subtitles such as parts that require correction, or classes that are impossible to understand with the provided subtitles, please fill out the form below:
🟨 If my class is provided overseas on CLASS101+, how is my creator nickname translated?
• If your class is provided not only on the English platform but also on Korean (class101.net/plus/ko) and/or Japanese (class101.net/plus/ja) platforms, your creator nickname will be set by CLASS101+’s localization professionals of each language. We are also working on providing the most advantageous English/Japanese nicknames with consideration of the SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
• For example, if you are already using an English nickname that has already been exposed in Korea or Japan several times, we will be using the same nickname on CLASS101+ English/Japanese platforms for search optimization.
• If you wish to change your Korean/Japanese creator names, please fill in the form below and we will change it for you!
